Srini Sriniwasan

S. Sriniwasan (Srini) is Managing Director of Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Limited, where he helped build asset classes across Real Estate, Infrastructure, Special Situations & Credit, Private Equity and Investment Advisory, with ~USD 9.3 billion raised or advised. Earlier, he co‑headed Kotak Investment Banking during the Goldman Sachs JV era. Srini is active across CII, APREA, GRI, IVCA and EMPEA councils. He holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Delhi University and an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad. Could you please change teh last few lines as under

Nilesh Shah is Managing Director of Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company, where he has led his team to many recognitions, including Best Fund House of the Year. He serves as Part‑Time Member of the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister of India, Part‑Time Member of UIDAI, member of the Insurance Advisory Council and on AMFI’s Board among other policy committees. He is widely regarded as a capital markets thought leader.

Ramesh Srinivasan

Ramesh Srinivasan is Managing Director & CEO of Kotak Investment Banking. With over three decades of experience, he is a respected figure in Indian investment banking, having helped establish Kotak’s leadership in equity capital markets. He has contributed to multiple SEBI committees including PMAC and chaired committees on disclosures and related party transactions. He is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost Accountant.

Mahesh Balasubramanian

Mahesh Balasubramanian is Managing Director of Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company Limited, with over two decades of entrepreneurial and financial services experience. He expanded Cholamandalam’s vehicle finance in the West, co‑founded Apnaloan.com and at Kotak built Retail Liabilities, Institutional and Government Business and co‑headed Branch Banking before becoming founder CEO of Kotak Mahindra General Insurance. Mahesh holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Management Studies.

Sharukh Todiwala

KMPL operates 161 branches across 24 states with solutions for new and pre‑owned vehicles, dealership funding and loans against property. Shahrukh’s leadership aligns growth with market dynamics across the auto finance industry.

Shripal Shah

Shripal Shah is Managing Director & CEO of Kotak Securities, driving organizational transformation and digital innovation. He established the startup investment division, earlier led commodity brokerage and arbitrage at Kotak Commodity Services and served as Head of Operations at Kotak Securities. Shripal is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Law graduate and contributes to committees of exchanges and industry bodies.

Amit Bagri

Amit Bagri is the CEO and MD of Kotak Mahindra Investments Ltd. (KMIL), an NBFC offering services in secured lending, real estate finance, strategic investments, advisory, and asset management. Previously, he headed the Corporate & Global Clients division at ING Vysya Bank, building its multinational business segment. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad (PGDM, Finance) and Shri Ram College of Commerce (B.Com Hons), Amit specializes in lending, structured products, and investment strategies.
