To be eligible to apply for a student loan from HDFC Credila, note that:

Applicant and co-applicant(s) must be an Indian citizen(s)
Co-applicant(s) to have a bank account in any bank in India with cheque-writing facilities
Applicant and co‐applicant(s) to meet HDFC Credila's credit and underwriting norms as applicable from time to time
Ability to offer collateral (on a case-to-case basis*) required
Confirmed admission before disbursement required
