Fuel surcharge waiver

1% fuel surcharge waiver will be available on transactions between ₹500 to ₹4000. Maximum waiver is allowed up to ₹3500 in an anniversary year.

Cashback not applicable on

Rent, B2B transaction, Utilities, Insurance, Education and Government, Wallet, Online skill-based gaming, and EMI
The restrictions will be based on the Merchant Category Codes (MCCs), which are 4-digit numbers assigned to merchants or businesses by card networks such as VISA, MasterCard, and RuPay.

Cashback value, capping, redemption, and expiry

Cashback earned on accelerated spends will be capped at 750 points per billing cycle
Cashback will be given basis the Merchant Category Code (MCC) on which spends is made. For more details, please refer to our T&C.
1 reward point is equivalent to ₹1 and will be earned only in multiples of ₹1
Unclaimed cashback will expire in 1 year

Redeem you cashback easily on the Kotak Rewards Platform. Follow these steps:

Open the Kotak Rewards Platform
Click on the hamburger option at top left and click on “Login”
Enter your CRN in the “Enter CRN” field and click on “Get OTP”
You’ll receive an OTP on your registered mobile no and email ID
Enter the OTP in the “Enter OTP” field and click on “Submit”
As the accrued points can only be redeemed as Cashback, select “Credit Card” in the “Card Type” dropdown
Choose your Cashback+ card from “Card Number” dropdown
Enter the Reward points you want to redeem
Accept the T&C and click on “Submit”

Please note: Accrued points can only be redeemed as cashback against statement outstanding. 1 point = ₹1. Kotak reward points can be redeemed in the multiples of 400.

How many add-on cards can I have?

The cardholder can get up to 3 add-on cards, in addition to one primary Credit Card. Add-on Card holder should be 18 years and above.

What is the add-on card fee?

Add-on card will be issued free of cost.

What will the limit of the add-on card?

Add-on card will have the same limit as the primary card, but the add-on card limit is subsumed under the primary card limit.

What is the cash withdrawal limit on this card?

Cash withdrawal is not allowed on this card.

How can I activate my card?

To activate your Card:

1. Log in to the Kotak Mobile Banking App

2. Select the "Credit Card" tab

3. Click on “Card Controls”/”Generate PIN”

5. Enter your details & submit

You can also activate your credit card by doing a transaction, updating card controls etc.

What is the rewards earn rate on this card?

Accelerated Cashback – 5% on online food, grocery, and entertainment and 3% on fuel

Non-accelerated Cashback – Unlimited 0.5% on other eligible spends
