Complete 3 successful merchant transactions by Scanning Any UPI QR on the “Digital Rupee by Kotak” App only, with minimum value of each transaction to be ₹50 or above, during the offer period (6th December, 2023 – 20th December, 2023) and get in Kotak Digital Rupee wallet.

How to avail the offer

• Download & Register on “Digital Rupee by Kotak” app to create Digital Rupee wallet. This app can be downloaded from the app stored of Android/iOS. If wallet is already created, do step 2.
• Complete 3 successful merchant transactions by scanning any UPI QR (minimum value of each transaction to be ₹50 or above) between 6^th Dec, 2023 – 20^th Dec, 2023 (“Offer Period”).
• Get ₹ 20 cashback in Kotak Digital Rupee wallet within 30 days from the last day of the offer period.

Terms and Conditions of Offer

• This offer extends only to select Customers (“Customer”) of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd who are active on the Kotak Mobile Banking App. Employees of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (“Bank”) or its associate companies will not be eligible for the cashback reward.
• Kotak digital rupee app is available to select customers only. Hence, only Customers who have received this communication regarding this cashback Offer through SMS/Email/Push Notification/WhatsApp are eligible for this offer.
• Transaction made only thru “Digital Rupee by Kotak” app are eligible for this offer.
• Only P2M transactions are valid for this offer.
• Only transaction where the recipient’s account is credited is considered successful transactions. Transaction failure or error occurred in between will not be considered successful transaction.
• Validity of the offer is as mentioned in the SMS/email/Push Notification communication sent by Bank to the customer. This offer is valid from 6^th December 2023 to 20^th December 2023 (“Offer Period”).
• Participation in this offer is voluntary. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• This offer is non-encashable and cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
• Each Customer will be eligible for only one cashback reward during the Offer Period.
• The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
• Cashback will be credited within 30 days from the last day of the Offer Period.
• Customers who will be declared as eligible for cashback consents that if required by the Bank, they will give their testimonials about the offer/Banking writing, click a photo with the voucher received by them. Customers who are declared as eligible for voucher agree to visit their nearest Bank branch for the collection of their rewards. The testimonials & photos of them will be used by the Bank for marketing purposes and the Bank shall not, at any time, be liable to make any payments towards any kind of fees, incentive or royalty, for these testimonials /photos.
• Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods and services availed by the Customer under the Offer.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai, irrespective of whether any other court or tribunal has concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• Customer queries regarding this offer will be addressed only up to 30 days after the end of offer period.
