Fees and Charges
Rate of Interest	15 - 16.25%
Loan Processing Fees	2% of loan/facility amount (Plus Goods & Service tax and other applicable statutory levies)
Stamping Charges	Applicable as per the respective State’s stamp Act
Overdue/Over line Interest rate	3% p.m. (Plus Goods & Service tax and other applicable statutory levies) over and above the normal OD rate. This would be changed on the amount over and above OD limit
Non Utilization Charges	NA
Premature Closure Charges	Foreclosure if done before annual review date 2% (+GST) of sanctioned limit would be charged towards pre closure
Annual Review Charges	NA
Penal Charges	Amounts standing unpaid on respective due dates shall attract penal charge at 8% per annum (to be charged for actual no. of days) on overdue amount plus applicable taxes
