General Schedule of Fees and Charge - ARB Crop Loan

Loan processing charges	Up to 2% of Sanctioned Limit
Documentation charges	Rs.5000
Stamping charges	Applicable as per the respective State's Stamp Act
Credit administration charges	1% of Sanctioned Limit
Penal charges	Amounts standing unpaid on respective due dates shall attract penal charge at 8% per annum (to be charged for actual no. of days) on overdue amount plus applicable taxes.
Dishonor charges per instance for loan repayment (cheque/S.I/ECS/NACH)	Rs.750 per instance
Swap charges (replacement of PDCs) / Change in S.I instructions / NACH	Rs.1000 per swap
Charges applicable in case customer requests for copies of records pertaining to his transactions (SOA/Amortization Schedule/Interest Certificate)	Rs.500
Pre-payment charges for Individual - Floating rate of interest (irrespective of Purpose of Loan)	NIL
Pre-payment charges for Individual - (Fixed rate of interest)	3% Pre-payment charges to be levied either paid in part/full irrespective of source of funds. In case of Term loans, pre-payment charges if levied by the Bank shall be based on the amount being prepaid. In case of Cash Credit & Overdraft limits, pre-payment charges on closure of the loan facility before the due date shall be levied on an amount not exceeding the sanctioned limit.
Pre-payment charges for Micro & Small Enterprise Loans (Floating Rate of Interest)	NIL for Business Purpose
Pre-payment charges for Micro & Small Enterprise Loans (Fixed rate of Interest upto 50 lacs)	NIL for Business Purpose
Pre-payment charges for Micro & Small Enterprise Loans (Fixed rate of Interest above 50 lacs)	3% Pre-payment charges to be levied either paid in part/full irrespective of source of funds.
Pre-payment charges for Medium (Non-individual Loans - Excluding MSE) (Fixed/Floating)	3% Pre-payment charges to be levied either paid in part/full irrespective of source of funds.
No Pre-payment Charges(Fixed/Floating)	In case of Cash Credit/ Overdraft facilities, No Pre-payment charges shall be levied if the borrower intimates the Bank of its intention of not to renew the facility before 30 days (prior to due date), provided that the facility gets closed on the due date
Valuation charges	As per Actuals or INR 7,500/- per property, whichever is higher (plus applicable taxes)
Duplicate Foreclosure Statement Charges	Rs.500
Change/Release/modification/Replacement in Property/Asset/Collateral/Security	Rs.2000 per instance per property
Part release of collaterals	Rs.3000 / property
Title Verification (TSR)/ Clearance Charges	As per Actuals; to be borne by the Borrower and in the event of non-payment by the Borrower, the Bank shall be entitled to auto debit the Borrower's account without any further notice.
Mortgage charges	As per the applicable charges of respective locations
Supervision / Crop verification charges for Kisan Credit Card (KCC) / Term Loan / Over draft facilities	For limits <= 10 Lacs- Rs. 750/-
	For limits > 10 Lacs to 25 Lacs- Rs. 1250/-
	For limits >25 Lacs to 50 Lacs- Rs. 1500/-
	For limits >50 Lacs- Rs. 3000/-
	-To be debited every 6 months
Charges for issuance of NOC / duplicate No Dues Certificate (NDC)	Rs.500
Duplicate Foreclosure Statement Charges	Rs.500
