1. Credit Card: Issuance of credit cards is at the sole discretion of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (KMBL). All features and benefits are subject to credit card terms and conditions. Please read the credit card terms and conditions carefully as provided on the bank’s website.
2. 4-in-1 Account: KMBL offers a Savings Account, while Kotak Securities Ltd (KSL) offers a Demat & Trading Account. There is a referral arrangement between KMBL and KSL pursuant to which KMBL refers its customers, who have evinced interest to KSL Investments in securities market are subject to market risks, read all the related documents carefully before investing. Brokerage will not exceed SEBI prescribed limit. The securities facility availed by customers is subject to applicable laws and regulations and Bank has no responsibility or liability for the services availed from the Kotak Securities. The account would be opened after all the procedures relating to IPV and client due diligence are completed. Pricing and Demat A/c features mentioned here are solely offered by Kotak Securities Ltd.

5. Auto Loan: Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd. (KMPL) is a subsidiary of KMBL. Conditions apply. Available at select locations. Credit at sole discretion of KMPL and subject to guidelines issued by RBI from time to time. Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. EMI protect plan benefit applicable in case of job loss.

9. Zero Balance account benefit will be subject to regular Salary credits. If no salary credit or no transactions occur within first 3 months of account opening, the account will be auto-closed. At any given time, if salary is not credited for period of 4 consecutive months into the Salary account, the account will be automatically converted to a Savings account with prior notice or intimation.
10. Insurance: Participation by KMBL’s customers to buy insurance policy is purely voluntary and there is no direct or indirect linkage between the provision of banking services offered by KMBL to its customers and products/services offered by Zurich Kotak General Insurance Company Ltd. (ZKGIL). Insurance products/services are obligations of ZKGIL and are not guaranteed by KMBL. ZKGIL shall be liable or responsible for all matters arising out of or pertaining to the insurance products/ services offered by it.
11. Relationship Value: The relationship value constitutes combined holdings of Current/Savings Accounts (Average Monthly Balances), Term Deposits, Value of present Mutual Fund holding and Life Insurances till date + 30% of sanctioned value of live loans (inclusions – Kotak Home Loan, Loan Against Property, Working Capital, Overdraft, Cash Credit, Business Loan, Healthcare Finance) + 30% value of month-end Demat holdings with Kotak Securities of the particular month with a linked Kotak Account. Please note that relationship value is calculated at a group level. Only Mutual Funds (including structured products) subscribed through Kotak Mahindra Bank and Insurance policies bought from Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance sourced by Kotak Mahindra Bank will be considered.
