You can easily update your KYC details (except mobile number) online through Kotak Net Banking or Mobile Banking.
Net Banking:
1. Log in to Net Banking
2. Go to Profile → Update Contact Details
3. Update Email ID, PAN, Aadhaar Number, or Address
Mobile Banking (Old/New App):
1. Log in to Mobile Banking App
2. Select Service Request
3. Go to Profile
4. Update Email ID, PAN, Aadhaar Number, or Address
To update your mobile number: Please visit your nearest Kotak branch with KYC documents.
