To pay overdue EMIs on your Kotak Personal Loan:
Log in to Net Banking or Mobile Banking to check overdue details.
Mobile Banking Steps:
1. Log in to Mobile Banking app
2. Go to Profile → Help & Support
3. Select Product Support → Loans
4. Choose Apply a Payment
5. Select EMI Outstanding / Advance Payment
6. For EMI with penal charges, select EMI with Penal Charges
After payment, call 1800 4100 (Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM) to adjust the amount.
