To pay overdue EMIs on your Kotak Personal Loan:

Log in to Net Banking or Mobile Banking to check overdue details.

Mobile Banking Steps:

1. Log in to Mobile Banking app
2. Go to Profile → Help & Support
3. Select Product Support → Loans
4. Choose Apply a Payment
5. Select EMI Outstanding / Advance Payment
6. For EMI with penal charges, select EMI with Penal Charges

After payment, call 1800 4100 (Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM) to adjust the amount.

Charges on Late EMI Payment

Overdue Charges: Any unpaid EMI will attract penal interest at 8% per annum (calculated for actual number of days) on the overdue amount, plus applicable taxes.

Facility Rate of Interest (FRI): EMI unpaid on the due date will attract FRI at the contractual rate for the delay period. If FRI charges are not paid before the next EMI date, they will be adjusted from the next EMI received.
