  • Why is a lien marked in my account and how do I get the Lien removed?

A lien may be marked for various reasons. To know the reason and remove it.

  • Call: 1800 4100 (local call rates apply), Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM (excluding holidays).
  • Mobile Banking Steps: Log in to Mobile Banking app
    2. Go to Profile → Help & Support
    3. Select Product Support → Loans
    4. Choose your loan account
    5. Select Lift a Lien and submit details
