  • How to apply for refund of excess payment made?

You can request a refund of excess payment easily:

Online: Submit a service request via web form or log in to Kotak Mobile Banking under Service Request.
Call: Dial 1800 4100 (local call rates apply), Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM (excluding holidays).

Mobile Banking Steps:

1. Log in to Mobile Banking app
2. Go to Profile → Help & Support
3. Select Product Support → Loans
4. Choose your loan account
5. Select Refund Excess Payment and fill in details
