You can foreclose/pre‑close your Kotak Personal Loan after serving your first EMI. The request can be raised through any of the following options:

  • Kotak Mobile Banking App:

Submit a foreclosure/pre‑closure request directly through the app.

Steps to raise Service Request

  1. Go to “Support” section on the Homepage
  2. Go to product support and select Loans from the dropdown
  3. Go to issue type and select Loan closure statement
  • Visit a Branch:

You may visit the nearest Kotak Retail Assets Branch (List of Kotak Loan Branches).

  • Call Customer Contact Centre:


You can call 1800 4100 (local call rates apply) between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays), after completing the lock‑in period to request a foreclosure letter.

After making the foreclosure payment, please ensure you inform the Customer Contact Centre for closure of loan.
