Via Net Banking
1. Log in to Net Banking
2. Go to Instalment Loans.
3. Select Personal Loans.
4. Click on Overview.
5. View or Download Statement.
Via Mobile Banking (Old App)
1. Log in to the Kotak Mobile Banking App.
2. Go to Loans and select Personal Loans.
3. Click on Other Details and Services.
4. Select Loan Account Statement.
5. View or Download Statement.
Via Mobile Banking (New App)
1. Log in to the Kotak Mobile Banking App.
2. Go to the Loans tab.
3. View or Download Statement.
Don’t have a Net Banking password or Mobile Banking MPIN?
Net Banking: Generate your password online using your Customer Relationship Number (CRN). Click on Forgot Password.
Mobile Banking: Reset your MPIN using your Debit/Credit Card details. Tap Forgot MPIN after entering your CRN in the app.
Don’t know your CRN?
Send an SMS from your registered mobile number to 5676788 or +91 9971056767 with the text CRN. You’ll receive your CRN instantly.
