You can easily check your Kotak Personal Loan details such as EMI amount, outstanding balance, rate of interest, and more through Net Banking or Mobile Banking App.
Via Net Banking:
1. Log in to Net Banking
2. Go to Loans → Your Loans
3. Click on Overview
4. View complete loan details
Via Mobile Banking (Old App):
1. Log in to Mobile Banking
2. Go to Personal Loan
3. Check your active loan account details
4. Click on Other Details and Services for full information
Via Mobile Banking (New App):
1. Log in to the app
2. Go to the Loans tab
3. Click on Active or Closed Account Details to view loan details.
Forgot Net Banking Password or Mobile Banking MPIN?
Net Banking: Generate your password online using your Customer Relationship Number (CRN).
Mobile Banking: Reset MPIN using Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card details. Click Forgot MPIN after entering CRN in the app.
