  • How to raise request through Mobile Banking?

1. Login in to Mobile Banking App (Old) and click on the 'Loan' option
 2. Click on 'Loan Service Request'
 3. View ‘Under Process’ and ‘Closed’ service requests
 4. Click on 'Raise a New Service Request' tab
 5. Select 'Loan Category', 'Loan Account Number' and the desired service request
 6. Select 'Nearby City'
 7. Add remarks (if any)
 8. Click 'Submit'
