What is average time taken to settle the claim intimated to us?

Claims are normally settled within 7 to 15 days from the date of receipt of all the requisite documents. In few cases, claim might be internally verified by us. However, even in these cases, claims will be settled within a maximum period of 120 days from the date of intimation of claim to Kotak Life Insurance Claims Department.
