How to get Fixed Deposit advice

For newly booked Fixed Deposits (FDs), you will receive the advice (receipt) by email within 24 to 48 hours and by post within a maximum of 8 days from the date of booking.

FD/TD advice can also be downloaded through Mobile Banking or Net Banking by following the relevant steps. Alternatively, you may call our 24x7 helpline at 1800 4100 (toll-free) to check the status or place a request for a duplicate FD/TD advice.
