How can I download the receipt for a fixed deposit?

We have an option to download FD/ TD advice online using Net Banking OR please call our 24x7 helpline (1800 4100) (standard call charges apply) to check the status and/or place a duplicate FD/ TD advice request

Steps to download FD/ TD Advice:

Net Banking:

• Login to Net Banking and Click on Accounts/Deposits and select on Fixed and Recurring Deposits option.

• Select the Fixed/ Recurring deposit number and Click on View / Print FD Advice.

• PDF of TD Advice is generated. Customer may save it or print it as required.

Mobile Banking:

1) Go to Mobile Banking

2) Select Fixed/ Recurring Deposits

3) Click on View/Print FD Advice

4) PDF of FD/TD Advice is generated. Customer may save it or print it as required.
