  • I’m using an iOS device, why do I need to send the SMS within 5 seconds?

During mobile number verification, a pre-filled SMS will appear on your screen. You must tap “Send” within 5 seconds using the SIM registered with the bank (especially if you have dual SIM).

If you don’t send it in time, you’ll get a “Timeout” error and have to restart the process.
