If you are eligible for a credit card upgrade, you will see card upgrade options along with their features and benefits in your Mobile Banking / Net Banking Apps.

We suggest you to upgrade your Credit Card by following steps:

On Mobile Banking (New App):

Login to Mobile Banking (New App)
Go to ‘JUST FOR YOU’ Offers on Home Screen > ‘Level-up your Credit Card’ Offer Banner
Follow the steps to upgrade your card

On Mobile Banking (Old App):

Login to Mobile Banking (Old App)
Go to Credit Card > Credit Card Service Request
Card Upgrade
Follow the steps to upgrade your card

On Net Banking:

Login to Net Banking
Go to Cards > Credit Card > Value Added Services
Upgrade Your Card
Follow the steps to upgrade your card

Alternately, please call our 24x7 helpline to understand your eligibility for a credit card upgrade and apply for the same.

Please Note:

By applying for a credit card upgrade, you confirm that you have read the Upgrades T&C.

On successful completion of card upgrade request, the new card will be delivered in 7 working days to the credit card correspondence address registered with the bank.
