1. On Mobile Banking:
1. Login to Mobile Banking.
2. Go to Service Requests.
3. Select Account Service Requests -> Upgrade Account Variant
2. On Net Banking:
1. Login to Net Banking.
2. Select Service Requests under Services
3. Select Account Service Requests -> Upgrade Account Variant
