Hey, Kotak811 Lite Wallet comes with a validity of 12 months. When you do not complete your Full KYC within 12 months from the date of Wallet opening, your Wallet is closed. Currently, your Wallet is in freeze mode since Full KYC was not completed, and your Wallet will be closed shortly.
In case your Wallet balance is zero, your Wallet is closed automatically when the Wallet validity expires.
If your Wallet holds a certain balance, your Wallet will remain in freeze mode until this balance is used up. You can use this balance to make payments online. This balance, however, cannot be withdrawn as cash
